Role and Responsibilities:
As a Trainee Software Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced developers and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our Ruby on Rails applications. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient Ruby code while following best practices.
- Participating in code reviews to ensure code quality and
- adherence to coding standards.
- Debugging and troubleshooting issues to ensure the stability and performance of the applications.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong foundation in software development principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails framework, including experience with building and maintaining web
- applications.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
